DIVI provides Business process modelling service based on combined use of domain specific modelling language and innovative tool for graphical presentation of business process models. This tool can be adopted and tailored to specific needs of organization.  Survey results proved that 91% of PC users prefer graphical presentation of processes and 69% users perceive model-based information systems as more comfortable than conventional solutions.

The modelling tool was developed by the long term cooperation partner of DIVI - the Institute of Mathematics and Computer sciences of University of Latvia.

The modelling tool was successfully tailored to fit the needs of National Social Insurance Agency. By means of graphical presentation provided by the tool it was possible to design processes on business information system and service level reflecting whole complexity of requirements caused by permanently changing legal and social insurance demands.
