FIBU – the system of financial management and budget reporting

FIBU versions

FIBU MS – budget reporting system for ministries

FIBU MS is a budget reporting system designed for ministries. The system provides ministries and affiliated institutions with user-defined reporting tool for preparation, reception, processing and compilation of financial statements.

FIBU PBP – budget reporting system for local governments

FIBU PBP is an appropriate solution for public institutions complying with the Treasury’s guidelines for electronic processing and compilation of annual reports.

FIBU VPS – financial management and planning system

FIBU VPS is a financial planning and controlling software for public institutions. The program enables user-defined controlling parameters and budget deviation management, as well as compilation of financial statements and accounting reports.

FIBU is used by the State Treasury, Ministry of Welfare, Ministry of Health, Latvian Council of Science, Social Service Board, Health Compulsory Insurance State Agency.

The budget reporting system for public institutions has been implemented in all local governments and district councils of the Republic of Latvia.
