Social assistance case management system GVS is a software designed to meet specific needs of organisations providing social services. GVS has underlying “single point” principle of delivering social services as declared in the state Welfare reform.

GVS is successfully exploitable:

• in social security benefit payment offices
• state and private social assistance centres
• pensions, children care centres, rehabilitation centres

GVS provides:

• data compilation of social security beneficiaries
• data analysis of services rendered
• basic data for reporting to controlling institutions

GVS development has been funded by the Ministry of Welfare of the Republic of Latvia and World Bank. GVS is free of charge acquirable by any social services organization complying with regulations for GVS use. User receives software installation disc and user’s manual.
